MEDITATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. SIT DOWN
. only must here is to be in a spot you won’t get interrupted
. some say you need a
quiet place, certain clothes, cross-legged, pillow, no you don’t
. just sit any way you can be comfortable for at least 5 min


2. CLOSE EYES
. self-explanatory

3. TAKE ONE BIG, LONG, DEEP INHALE
. hold that for a second

4. EXHALE THAT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH, SLOWLY
. this should take just as long as your inhale was

5. FIDGET AROUND AND GET COMFORTABLE
. now is your chance to get in a position you want to chill in for a few minutes
. your back should be as straight as possible, head up, shoulders relaxed
. relax


6. BREATHE IN AND OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE
. long, slow, deep
. focus all your attention on your inhales and exhales
. nothing exists in the world but your inhales and exhales


7. LET YOUR MIND GOOOOOOOO
. your mind is gonna fill with thoughts, that’s totally normal
. think of it like you’re flipping through Netflix titles, you see one, nah, next, nah, next
. eventually you’ll get tired of flipping through all the previews and turn it off


8. FOCUS ON YOUR BREATH
. you are gonna get distracted, stuck on thoughts, all good, always happens
. when it does, just return your thoughts to breath and restart @ #6
. remember, we are practicing


9. EAT THE UNIVERSE
. can’t explain this one, you will get it soon enough
. look fwd to seeing you there


10. REPEAT
. daily is best, but whenever
